TanteLouise is a healthcare provider with 14 nursing homes, a hospice and a geriatric rehabilitation centre located in the southwest of the Netherlands. Here, we care for people who can no longer live independently, most often due to old age and/or medical conditions such as Alzheimer or Korsakov. TanteLouise also offers specialist home care, treatment and support for people in their own home. Senior citizens can also come to us for meaningful day-care activities. In the Netherlands, elderly care organization tanteLouise is one of the front runners in innovation.
The best of care
That’s our mission at tanteLouise. With over 1.800 staff and 600 volunteers, every day we do our best to make our 1.300 nursing home clients and 3.000 home care clients happy. Care doesn’t only mean medical care, but also good living conditions, social contacts, tasty food and availability of activities.
We appreciate that people are happiest when they can stay in control of their own lives for as long as possible. Doing as much as possible for themselves. And still taking part in community life. From home if they are able, but then with the necessary help. And if that is no longer an option, then in one of our homes.
To achieve all this, tanteLouise makes clever use of the latest care technologies. Well known for its groundbreaking concept of care for people with dementia, tanteLouise continues in bringing new technology to the nursing home and home environment.
By doing so, tanteLouise can kill at least three birds with one stone - delivering satisfied clients, motivated staff and - just as important - controllable costs so we can keep care manageable and affordable in the future.
